    Registration is only required for your first visit. Follow the short steps below to get started. Quick tip: have your information ready, such as insurance card.

    1. Select payment option of Debit/Credit, Insurance, or Medicare. 
    2. Complete the registration form in our secure digital platform. 
    3. You will receive a registration confirmation email, click the verify button and your account is ready!

    We accept all major credit cards and HSAs. Visits are $38 to $65 depending on your state regulations and symptoms.
