How it Works

TeamHealth VirtualCare is built for patients. You will be asked to complete a short questionnaire about your symptoms. This step helps us make sure VirtualCare is right for you.

You will NOT be charged until a clinician provides a diagnosis and treatment plan.

Using virtual care with TeamHealth was a welcome shift when needing health services. The system was very user-friendly, and within 15-minutes, I was able to connect by video with a knowledgeable physician. The visit was convenient and thorough. I was impressed with the detailed follow-up summary and the option to select my pharmacy of choice. Overall, I would highly recommend this option for those seeking care.
